I would give them a7.5. Was hoping for a thicker piece of meat. The flavor, while acceptable, was not what we’d hoped for. We will go back to the filets.
I moved to Washington state from Austin and finally ordered some of Nolans steaks. I'm eating the last piece of my first steak. It is wonderful. Like bites of beef candy. So different from the local steaks.
Now that I've tried one, the next ones will be with guests for dinner. They won't believe it either.
